As you may have noticed, Touchstone Law Group LLP has undergone some changes over the past few months! While we continue to work behind the scenes on some exciting new updates, we thought we’d take this opportunity to re-introduce you to our team.
The firm is comprised of three lawyers, Una Kuzio (Gabie), Jane Otterstrom and Sasha Platz, and an amazing team of legal assistants and administrative support staff. Touchstone Law Group LLP was founded in 2012 and remains committed to providing efficient and high-quality legal services to our wonderful clients. Over the years, our firm has evolved with the growth of our team and changes in the lives of our team members.
At this time, Una lives in Merritt, B.C. and we are
Jane Otterstrom and Sasha Platz
provide legal services at our Kelowna office and round out the Touchstone team of lawyers. Our team of lawyers is committed to providing a seamless process for our clients with our lawyers acting very much as a team. We have multiple lawyers practicing in each area of service, often working on matter collaboratively, or stepping in if a team member is unavailable, as part of our commitment to effective service.
Jane began practicing law with Touchstone in 2017 after making the excellent decision to move to Kelowna from the Lower Mainland. Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate and estate planning and administration.
Sasha joined Touchstone as a summer student fresh out of her first year of law school and has been with us ever since. Sasha practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as estate planning and estate administration.
Alongside Una, Jane and Sasha, is our wonderful team of legal and administrative assistants. Real estate assistants Soleil, Kelly, Jami and Nancy assist Una and Jane with all residential real estate matters. Claire and Cindy are Touchstone’s corporate and commercial assistants and work primarily with Una and Sasha in those areas. You’ll fine Carmen alongside Jane and Sasha in the areas of estate planning and administration. Our Touchstone team wouldn’t be the same without our bookkeeper/office manager Karla and receptionist Ann, who is the friendly face you’ll first see when visiting our office.
We truly could not do what we do without the hard work and expertise of our team, and the ongoing support of our amazing clients, realtors, mortgage brokers, accountants, and all of the other professionals we work with on an ongoing basis. We thank you for your ongoing support!
