Touchstone Law Group LLP’s corporate and commercial team handles everything related to businesses including, but not limited to, incorporating corporations and societies, facilitating purchases and sales, preparing various service contracts and employment contracts, preparing loan documents, carrying out corporate restructures and dissolving corporations. Here is a little bit more about the wonderful people who make up the corporate and commercial team at Touchstone Law Group LLP:

Alma Gurgol

Alma was born in Surrey, BC, moved to Kelowna, BC in 1991 and has been here ever since. Alma joined Touchstone Law Group LLP in February 2014 and focuses on corporate, commercial and land development. In fact, Alma was the first employee hired in Touchstone Law Group LLP’s corporate/commercial department and has been instrumental to its growth and success over the years. Alma graduated from Okanagan College in 2008 with her Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate and from Capilano University in 2017 with her Certificate in Paralegal Studies with Honours. Outside of work, Alma enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and baking.

Claire Bowlby

Claire was born in Ottawa, Ontario and has jumped provinces over time; Calgary, Alberta in 2013 and Kelowna, BC in 2016. Claire joined Touchstone Law Group LLP in June 2016 as a vital piece of our corporate/commercial department. Claire graduated from Carleton University with her Bachelor of Arts – Law Program with Honours. Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys cooking and wine tasting.

Morgan Olsen

Morgan was born in Sechelt, BC and made her most recent move to Kelowna, BC September 2017. Morgan joined Touchstone Law Group LLP in January 2018 and is part of Touchstone Law Group LLP’s corporate/commercial team as well as Touchstone Law Group LLP’s wills and estates team. She graduated from UBC Okanagan with her Gender and Women’s Studies BA. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys wine tasting with friends, travelling and enjoying the outdoors.
