Colton Horne

I obtained my law degree from the University of British Columbia and began my legal career at a large international firm in Toronto, where I articled and later worked as a corporate associate in their New York office. During this time, I mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions, working on both domestic and cross-border transactions. I am licensed to practice law in British Columbia, New York and Ontario.

Returning to Kelowna and joining Touchstone was a natural step. Having been a client of the firm for several years, I knew that its culture and dedication to client service was unique. My practice here includes general corporate matters, and the full scope of residential and commercial real estate, including financing, leasing, and land development.

I aim to provide my clients with clear, practical guidance and a steady approach to navigating complex legal issues. I understand the challenges of launching a business or purchasing property, and I consider it a privilege to help clients navigate these milestones every day.
