Touchstone Law Group LLP’s conveyancing team handles all things real estate including, but not limited to, purchases, sales, refinances including manufactured homes and properties in Alberta and on Westbank First Nations (“WFN”) land. They work very closely with the responsible lawyer, clients, lenders, mortgages, real estate agents and all other parties related to the specific transaction. Here is a little bit more about the wonderful people who make up the conveyancing team at Touchstone Law Group LLP:

Tracy Lerfold

Tracy was the very first Touchstone Law Group LLP employee hired by Jennette Vopicka and Una Gabie and has been with the firm since October of 2012. Tracy received her Legal Assistant Diploma from Trend College in 2005 and handles all aspects of real estate, including WFN and Alberta, and also handles some corporate/commercial matters. She is one of the rare people who were born and raised in Kelowna, BC. If she is not at work, researching up a storm, you can find Tracy chilling with her amazing family.

Stacey Boreham

Stacey started with Touchstone Law Group LLP in July of 2013, joining the firm within its first year of business. She completed her Legal Assistant program with Okanagan College in 2010. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and moved to Kelowna when she was 5 years old. Stacey is a key part of Una Gabie’s conveyance team, tackling all types of real estate transactions. Away from the office she loves cheering on her husband at his many coaching events, spending time with her growing family, and her Portuguese water dog, Monty.

Soleil Pilon

Soleil started with Touchstone Law Group LLP in June of 2014 in the role of receptionist. She quickly learned the ropes and moved over to conveyancing and is now the other key half of Una Gabie’s conveyancing team. She was born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island and moved around BC to a few different locations before settling into Kelowna in 2010. Soleil can be found relaxing at home with her puppies, enjoying live music or spending time with friends when she is not at the office.

Kelly Smith

Kelly joined Touchstone Law Group LLP as a receptionist in December of 2014. In the summer of 2015 she made the leap to conveyancing. She moved to Kelowna when she was 1 year old (with her sister Stacey) from her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is an integral part of Jennette Vopicka’s conveyancing team and tackles all BC real estate, WFN, and Alberta real estate as well! Kelly loves spending time outdoors, hiking and playing sports, and loves travelling to new places.

Bryn Humphreys

Bryn joined the team March of 2017. He was born and raised in Australia and moved to Canada around 2015. He is part of Danielle (Dani) Brito and Jane Otterstrom’s conveyancing team helping with all aspects of BC real estate. When not in the office he enjoys time with his wife and son, outdoor activities such as snowboarding and surfing.

Penny Murphy

Penny joined the Touchstone team in February of 2018. She moved to Kelowna from her hometown of Edmonton, Alberta around 2013. She completed her Legal Assistant program in Alberta. Penny is the other half of Danielle (Dani) Brito and Jane Otterstrom’s conveyancing team. When not in the office she can be found enjoying the outdoors, being active, and being a fitness instructor.
